There are a lot of hard working people at Structure Tone. There's a great deal of knowledge that can be learned from the employees of the Boston office.

A typical day at work was a workload shared among 3 assistants, myself included. We shared the work that was distributed from about 15 project managers. The workload consisted of typing correspondence, answering calls, creating worksheets, making calls and any/all clerical dudies. We all worked together as a team.

Advancement no problem, ideas were taken and considered, able to feel that you were contributing to the cause, so to speak. Can't say enough. I worked for the CFO and Comptroller both of which were fantastic.
Pros

Management (Former Employee) –  MAMay 1, 2014
Unconventional project managers. Estimators are too involved post estimate. They write change orders not project managers. Too many interferences for a PM to do his job.
Pros
a paycheck
Cons
everything else.
