Student Services, Inc. (SSI) at West Chester University has an exciting opportunity in the on-campus Bookstore. Reporting to the Educational Resource Manager the talented Assistant develops and executes a buying, service, and inventory plan to ensure all course materials are available meeting the high customer service demands of the academic community.
The successful candidate must possess a wide range of organizational and customer service skills which result in a profitable lifecycle process of textbooks and educational materials. The highly motivated individual must be committed to being involved in a hard-working team environment. Flexibility and positive attitude a must.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business related or marketing field preferred
- A minimum of two (2) year work experience required
- Customer service experience a plus
- Solid knowledge in computer technology required
- Background-check on selected candidate may be required.
