About Studio Gaia
Gaia Flow Yoga, Addison is the first Gaia Flow Yoga studio and it was founded on January 1st, 2005 by Andres Illeraand Chrystal Almeida. Both founders have been practicing and teaching Yoga for several years. Gaia Flow Yoga is a unique style created by Chrystal Almeida which is a blend of three traditional schools of Yoga: Hatha, Bhakti, and Ashtanga. – more... It consists of three overlapping practices: Ocean, Mountain and Desert.
Since our opening we have served more than 7,000 yogis and counting in the Dallas-metroplex area.
Our Mission and conscious intention at Gaia Flow Yoga is to create a sacred space where students can unwind, relax, energize, heal and strengthen their body, mind and spirit, and in this way live a fuller more joyous life.
