Pros: lots of free food perks, lots of opportunity to network, lots of good people.
Cons: don't seek to promote from within, promotion largely based on who you know.
I learned structure at STV Inv. The engineers and architects are extremely procedure oriented and as long as fomats are followed, the work schedule is pretty much routine.
