Be prepared to never leave work at work. You will constantly work from home no matter what position you take with the company. Your hard work will leave you stressed out and under paid. Management is inconsistent and does not have a clue as to how the rest of the "team" are to perform their job. Therefore they are unable to successfully manage a team – more... and give helpful advice and instruction. The most enjoyable part of the job is lunch if you should find the time to take a lunch. All of your coworkers want to be more important than they really are. This place is the epitome of CYB: Cover Your Butt. Your co workers will throw you under the bus if it gets them recognized by senior management. Save every email and document all phone calls and internal meetings. Your career is not safe with this company. – less

My thoughts
Medical Billing Manager (Former Employee), Birmingham, ALJanuary 9, 2014
When I went to work for SuccessEHS is was a great growing company and I was proud to be part of the growth. The managers and empoyees were awesome and we all worked together. The comapny had luncheons and gave us gifts at Christmas time. You could always find someone to go to for information or if you needed assistance with a client but in July 2013 – more... we were told we were being bought out but not to worry our jobs were safe. Our benefits changed as well as the attitude of employees. Alot of people left because they were afraid of losing their jobs which did happen after all.It seems once things started to change the company just went down hill from there. Not caring or communicating with their employees. I really loved what I did and hope to continue doing the same thing in my next position.

I am sorry to say this company has lost and terminated alot of talented people. – less

A Productive and laid back work enviroment
Provider Enrollment Specialist (Current Employee), Birmingham, ALOctober 23, 2013
Pros: annual gathering; flu shots; personal days and support your favorite football team day
Cons: healthcare
Began each day with posting daily approvals of enrollment agreements.

I've have really learned to Multi-task

In my position management allows you to work independently; which I enjoy doing.

Several co-workers have become close friends

There is a lot of paper work involved with enrolling providers with insurance plan an making sure everything is – more... correct before submitting can become hard sometime.

A greatest part of my job is the relationship that you built with clients that you only talk to on the phone. – less

The most unorganized company I have EVER worked for....
Product Manager (Former Employee), Birmingham, ALMay 15, 2013
Pros: health insurance
Cons: management, unstable product, employee morale
Do yourself a favor and pass on this company if you are looking for employment. The management is more worried about rushing out a product that half works than getting it right the first time. Senior employees are leaving in mass over the last year. I fear this company has seen its better days

Very flexible place to work
Account Rep II (Current Employee), Birmingham, ALJuly 8, 2012
Pros: great benefits and flexibility
Cons: not very well established and very very high turn over
The management staff is very unorganized. The training was not very good. No one really wanted to take the time out to help you so you had to kind of figure everything out on your own. They offer a great benefits package and the salary was good. A lot of the billing managers were not as knowledgeable for them to be billing managers. I don't think there – more... was a great opportunity for advancement due to favoritism. This company has a very very high turn over due to lack of knowledge and support. I feel sorry for the clients they represent. If they knew how the billing was being handled they ONLY thing they would be distributing would be the software which is really not that great. – less
