Broadband Technician (Former Employee) –  Onalaska, TXDecember 9, 2013
I was always chasing down a problem
I learned how to take care of the system and learning a little about voltage.
Management was nice.
Co-workers were fun to be around.
The hardest part of the job was finding the problem. It might take hours.
Fixing the problem
Pros
Free cable and able to move up.
Cons
Working more then 24 hours in a day sometimes.

Customer Service/Billing Specialist/Sales (Former Employee) –  Parkersburg, WVFebruary 20, 2018
Great company to get your foot in the door in the cable industry. The call center, specifically customer service, is mainly dealing with customer accounts. They aren't always happy.
Pros
free lunches
