Hectic and always busy. Opened mail, directed to correct personnel. Typed the director's correspondence. Processed invoices which included making sure the invoices followed contracts and propoals. Tracked project expenses. Balanced project bank accounts. Prepared checks for payment. Submitted proposed travel arrangements to the travel department.
