Customer Service Representative, San Francisco, CA - September 21, 2017
I enjoyed working at the Sugar Bowl Bakery. It was in a call center. I use to open the company and first thing I would do was check faxes, email and voicemail for customer orders. Depending on orders I would determine if would be able to send an order to our regular vendors or clients such as Safeway or Costco Wholesale Foods. After I would start answering the phone line, taking orders from vendors and clients and enter their orders for the next day and have it faxed or personally delivered to the bakery which was down the street. There were about 7 other customer service reps in the call center.
