I would come in around 9am to greet my early morning opener and ask how things are going for breakfast. my second task would be to follow up with a prep sheet for the day , third to a small inventory check list which is follow by order the goods for the next day or for and catering event and dad to day functions.
thing that I may have learned is different way to communicate with younger coworkers then I and attended to there need as a manger,
as a manger I always lead with a positive attitude and open door concept it allows coworkers to be able to come to be with any issues and not feel like there will be repercussion. hardest thing would being to work with two different owns that are not on the same page. most enjoyable part of my job is working with a well rounded group of coworkers.
