Dir North American Field & Partner Marketing (Current Employee) –  Cupertino, CAMay 10, 2017
There are a numbers of issues across the organization, from a mix of abilities and capabilities at the individual contributor level, to a number of poor senior managers and leaders. In the end, lack of product definition, strong competition, and board/senior leadership miscalculations are some of the most concerning issues facing the organization.
Pros
Snacks and Drinks
Cons
Frequent fundamental changes in corporate direction, lack of product definition against the competition, poor morale and poor corporate culture, lack of GENUINE interest in ideas that are divergent from opinions of very top leaders

Channel Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Boston to NYCAugust 27, 2012
Great product, great channel partners, did not expect to be reorged. However a Boston based rep in NYC was not feasible without incurring expenses. they opted after the territory was built to go with local representation
Pros
brand

more channel horsepower
