Worker were trained well

Worked there 20 yrs. worker were well trained, management was terrible, so bad hard to keep good people, most get trained and move on to bigger and better opportunities, they are the only electric company that is not union and dont take care of worker very well.

over all I loved the first 25 years at SSVEC then moral suffered and it was not fun any more. The guys were a great bunch of people to work with
