The Front End Web Developer provides technical solutions and implements web based projects for organizational service lines and interactive initiatives. This professional is responsible for the UI development, digital content population, and interactive functions (including analysis) of the corporate website, affiliated sites, landing pages, micro sites, patient and physician portals, mobile and social media applications. Additionally, the Front End Wed Developer serves as a subject matter expert in producing digital assets that result in a high quality user experiences among various digital platforms which increases traffic, conversions, awareness and volumes.
Education, Experience and Training Required:
Five (5+) years of interactive web development
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
Interactive digital marketing, project management, development and analytical skills.
Expert skills/knowledge in web development with fluency in desktop and mobile platforms.
Develop best practice user interface design landing pages.
Proficient with graphic design and web authoring tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or equivalent).
Translates brand marketing and business goals through an effective interactive user experience.
Works with Google Analytics to set-up goals, tracking and identifies optimization opportunities. Produces metric reports which identifies strengths and opportunities for a program. Activates optimization recommendations.
Leverages user interface, usability and architecture best practices to implement effective user experiences which ultimately result is conversions.
Researches and reports on interactive trends and insights, including competitor activities, to identify new marketing opportunities. Establishes standards and policies related to interactive marketing programs.
