When I started there, it was a good balance of management/salaried vs hourly workers. It's an ESOP company and everyone was treated fairly. As time went by, it got top heavy with management, and unnecessary upper management positions were added. By the time I left, morale was low. In the time since, it's gone from three thriving locations with over 200 employees to one single location with a bloated management roster that almost equals hourly workers. Morale is very low.
