It would be a good place for a newly graduate to start or to gain experience but not a very good company to work in the long run.
Bank Cashier (Former Employee), Baguio, P15 – March 26, 2013
Cons: no health care benefits besides the government mandated benefits.
Management is not so good, they're mostly concerned with company benefits and not so much with employee welfare. Sometimes a person have a lot or different of upper management personnel to report to that have the same or different report request.

Customer Service Rep/Assistant Branch Manager (Former Employee), Rutherford, NJ – October 17, 2012
Pros: n/a
Cons: poor service
Excellent bank to work for. Unfortunately they sold the bank to Fleet Bank where the customer service satisfaction dropped tremendously. Fleet Bank was only concerned about sales numbers rather than providing excellent customer service.
