We are looking for representatives to join our Customer Care Team and provide excellent support to our client's customers.
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls, email requests and support tickets from customers, and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately.
- Provide consistent, quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to billing, live chat, user account support, and technical troubleshooting.
Resolve billing disputes and update customer accounts.
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to work unsupervised
MUST BE comfortable on the phone and have professional verbal communication skills
Must have broadband internet service
