Produced customer invoices and resolved discrepancies and complaints from clients. Also, served as liaison between supplier and fuel carriers. Participated in special assignment for Hurricane Sandy for flooding situations. Learned how the fuel industry worked and how to be specific when communicating with suppliers and drivers. The hardest part was the amount of work and pressure that was put on me for the different departments I was working at one time.
