Poorly led company
Professional, facility level and corporate. (Former Employee), Irvine California –
Pros: they make payroll.
Cons: you are no longer going to have a life.
The inordinate number of Presidents and Vice Presidents and Directors across all 5 branches of the company are misguided, misdirected and the company is missing real leadership. They are a huge group of project managers whom refuse to work with each other resulting in confusing and conflicting information or procedures being requested at the facility – more...  and end worker level. I would be willing to be not one person outside of the lower levels of the organization could even begin to tell you what the company mission and vision statements are because they don't care, they have their own missions and visions. It's amazing the nursing homes manage to function in this environment, it's a monster created and far beyond control. – less

Amazing place to work

Pros: great workers, wonderful experience, enjoyable atoposphere.
Cons: company is pretty tight with their money.
Always on my feet providing care to others. Fast paced environment, but enjoyable work. Management is great and they work with you around anything. Wonderful co-workers who make you laugh till your stomach hurts. Caring is the key. Love my job

Hard work low pay typical but work with school and home life.

Pros: school and family they work with you mostly, residence are family
Cons: supplies and pay same as other places, low but normal for area.
24/7 hit the halls running, school and family they work with you, Residence are our family as well. Very clean all are welcome,
