I had an amazing manager and co- workers. Everyone very understanding and ready to help. Like a second family. I learned how to handle difficult calls while maintaining your temper even if the call escalates. I enjoyed everything about my job and trying to help the members with their finances.
I loved working with the members at the credit union.
