Great place to work, fast paced and schedule is family friendly

Cons: pay is not great and no room for advancement
I have been with the Sunnyvale School District for over ten years, I love what I do and have learned a lot. However, a school district is not the greatest when it comes to professional growth/advancement. I enjoy the daily interaction with students, staff and general public, it makes every day different.
