Great Company, but the Marketing Department is headed in the wrong direction!

The organization has a great mission and a lot of smart, talented people. Most of the organization enjoys a great culture, camaraderie and fun. Not Marketing, where you are expected to work 24/7, weekends and never take vacation. Not because there is that much to do, but because marketing upper management can't make up their minds on direction and insists on micromanaging every tiny decision, requiring revamping everything every time. Operating plans are revised daily, and quarterly budgets aren't finalized until well into the quarter, so the team is never quite sure of its targets or constraints.
And don't bother presenting a contrarian viewpoint because you will be labeled a traitor and targeted. People are leaving in droves.
Note: My Star rating is directly related to working in Marketing. It would likely be better if I was in another department.
