Cons: 1- focus on managing operating expenditures leads to chronic understaffing, 2- senior mgmt is not responsive to ideas / grievances of low-mid level employees, 3- low annual salary increases, 4- very hierarchical decision-making with cumbersome and time-consuming approval processes
Sunpower is a longtime leader in the solar industry and has a well-established reputation and relatively strong financial position.
