I would arrive at work in around 4pm and begin making calls to our database until 8pm. I learned how to use a call center setting to successfully schedule appointments for home renovations. I got along well with members of management and my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was when customers weren't interested in the services the company was offering. It was very rewarding when a customer used our services and made it a point to say how satisfied with the work they were.
