They provide good training There are diverse occurances throughout a workday-- each day is a new day. Management, depends on circumstance and manager if you have challenges, a good supportive manager can make all the difference Most employees dedicated to quality care for seniors -- NO ATTITUDES (very nice) Hardest part of the job persistent patience with high maintenance individuals, occasionally directive information doesn't trickle down the subordinate chain, detaching from some people Most enjoyable knowing that you make a difference in the lives of aging adults and their quality of life. Meeting and supporting those individuals, getting to know them and their rich history.
