Cons: none staff isn't appreciated
Teachers are their to work. But this center allows old heads to do what they want, and it's not fair to the teachers that come to work to do what they applied to do. And management don't take action to say what needs to be done.

I love working with children
Assistant Teacher (Full Time) (Current Employee), Dunwoody, GAOctober 1, 2013
I assist all of the teachers on a day to day basis with the children/students. I learned how to care more for kids and that they are capable of doing so much more than you think. My co-works are so helpful, fun and such team players and that's what it takes to care for the kids everyday. The hardest part of my job is when there is a child that is sick are just not feeling well because they are not themselves. The most enjoyable part of my job is when I make them happy.

Infant/ toddler teacher (Former Employee), charleston,scAugust 11, 2013
Pros: it was a small center so everyone knew everyone
Cons: no help from management
while employed their we had three different directors all because they would not dance to the regional directors music. the staff was okay but became very tense when the regional came around. management was horrible because they never wanted too work all they did was sit in the office and gossip all day and surf the internet. I loved the children and enjoyed my co-workers but they had too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
