Sunstorm Games, a Las Vegas based leader in mobile games for kids and pioneer of the “Maker Series”, is growing and aggressively seeking an Ad Revenue Director for our Marketing group. We need an innovative marketer, salesperson and problem solver who is passionate about mobile gaming and driving Ad Revenue. You will own the responsbility for maximizing Ad Revenue through defining Sunstorm Games' advertising strategy.

Cleveland, OH, San Francisco, CA or Las Vegas, NV are all options for the location of this role.

While the role is integral to developing the Sunstorm Games' overall marketing strategy, the successful candidate will also need to monitor and execute the day-to-day business performance of our mobile titles. This is a ground-floor, hands-on role for someone who has the marketing, sales and analytical skills, to develop an integrated ad revenue solution for Sunstorm. Our opportunity offers limitless potential to expand the role into a significant leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the executive team to define overall ad revenue strategy, KPIs and objectives
- Drive company’s growth plan for focused, data-driven, and ROI based ad revenue sales
- Decide when, where and how we will monetize player activity including:
-- Any form of advertising (ad, banners, videos, offerwalls)
-- Partner platform selection (Tapjoy, Flurry, AdColony among others)
-- Mediation services such as DFP
-- Affiliate Revenue (Linkshare, Tradedoubler etc.)
-- Tactics including game placement locations, or techniques to develop the best user experience for monetization

- Define ad revenue quality and improvement strategy, tactics and KPI development
- Define systems/processes for ad revenue insight development and develop tracking capabilities and optimization algorithms
- Collaborate with our technical organization to implement targeted campaigns to increase ad revenue
- Business development and building partnerships: identify, build and expand relationships with external ad revenue partners and traffic sources
- Design and maintain reports customized to the needs of different user groups – executives, developers, marketing and communicate results on a regular basis to key stakeholders

Experience and Preferred Skills:
- A proven track record within mobile (preferred) or on-line game, performance driven, ad revenue management and sales. Prefer experience as part of a marketing team driving iPhone or Android ad revenue. Other successful candidates may have experience in performance display advertising sales and/or marketing
- Experience in large scale ad revenue campaigns with a heavy focus on data analytics and reporting
- Ad revenue campaign design, launch, management and optimization skills with proven results
- Demonstrated ability to drive ad sales ROI
- Strategic marketing/ad skills that can take us beyond where we are today
- Outstanding collaboration, relationship-building, and networking skills
- Experience creating/leveraging data sets using SQL, Excel, statistical software, etc.
- Familiar with CPM, CPI, ARPU and LTV
- Ability to work in areas outside of their usual comfort zone and get things done quickly
