A typical day is very busy, we take several clients. The tasks performed have a very wide range, and we meet all kinds of people.
I have learned how to perform the tasks required of the teller 2 position, along with getting to know and learning more about my regular clients. My management has varied in the year i have been with suntrust, but those i have had do a good job in my eyes. Our culture is about financial awareness, helping our clients obtain financial confidence so they can better live their lives. The hardest part of working at suntrust is how short staffed most of the branches are. I work at an overly busy, high traffic area. So the most difficult task i have is being able to pay attention to and spend the time needed with each client, while also getting the line down. Although i will say the most enjoyable thing about my job is getting to know people, not all of them are open, but those i build a relationship with and get to know make it more rewarding.
