We are the New York area’s largest children’s soccer development company, committed to delivering the highest quality programming to thousands of children ages 2 – 12 each week. Our Westchester office is looking for a smart, personable, self-motivated individual to fill our Staffing Coordinator role.
You will be responsible for scheduling and staffing 200 weekly soccer lessons in 80 locations in the Westchester County, Bergen County (NJ), and Fairfield County (CT) areas. Our business model demands top quality extreme attention to detail in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the schedules of 50 part-time staff
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring part-time staff
- Analyzing schedule details to optimize long-term staff placements
- Communicating effectively with part-time staff to provide details and set expectations
- Liaising seamlessly between departments to support business operations
- Creating and inputting seasonal schedules
The right applicant will be able to effectively problem-solve and take ownership of his/her responsibilities—the type of person who can anticipate and prevent problems, who is capable of spotting a mistake from a mile away and will ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a in a fast-paced professional environment and an acute aptitude to analyze data. Experience in human resources is preferred but not required. Zealous attention to detail, extreme professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering flawless results are a must. Impeccable communication skills are mandatory.
