We are fast moving, innovative, and are currently seeking a Risk Claims Coordinator to join our growing organization and be a part of our pool of talented team members. The Corporate headquarters of Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries are located in Elmhurst, IL.

The Risk Claims Coordinator will collect and investigate information regarding auto liability and worker’s compensation claims; submit required claim information to Third Party Administrator as needed; keep continual contact with Third Party Administrator from inception through claim fruition; manage administration of property damage only claims; oversee the light duty program; handle all post injury and post accident drug screening; update loss runs for worker’s compensation and auto accidents and other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management or related in the insurance field. An Associates in Claims (AIC) designation desired. High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Must have good understanding of auto and workers’ compensation claim filing processes and resolution; experience in Risk and/or insurance with general knowledge of federal, state, and local laws required. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills are necessary along with good multi-tasking and problem solving abilities. Good attention to detail is essential. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and HIPAA required.
