Productive working environment
Lead Dispatcher (Former Employee), Tempe, AZJune 8, 2014
Gained experience working with multi-line phone systems and increased my ability to resolve situations on my own. Noticed for being extremely reliable and showed my dedication by working night shifts.

Pros: fairly easy job
Cons: horrible management
Supershuttle in Sacramento has the worst management. I would not waste my time or talent with this bunch.

High paced high stress environment
Operations Manager (Current Employee), Sacramento, CAAugust 13, 2012
Pros: new building w/ key card access decent compensation
Cons: terrible benefits high stress high turnover rate.
The typical day is fast paced and involves transportation in the urban areas around Sacramento, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Ontario. I have learned a lot about management and on the spot decision making as well as how to handle customers and stressful situations. The hardest part of the job is working with owner operators who do not necessarily – more... cooperate with dispatch to make the system run smoothly. The most enjoyable part of the job is that it is a little different each day so there are always new challenges. – less
