Enjoyment & Challenges of working in the food industry.

I've worked in the food industry for over 23 years and have enjoyed the every day challenges that I have encountered. I'm a lab supervisor and I over see and manage. The hardest part of the job is when we are short on lab techs. I enjoy the technical part of the job. Working with my co-workers consists of mutual respect.
