SSHA is currently seeking a HR Representative that will be responsible for all human resource activities for the hospital. Selected individual will assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources strategy, programs, and policies and procedures. Provides advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation as pertains to Human Resources Management. Coordinates the resolution of specific Human Resource policy-related and procedural problems and inquires. Reports to hospital Administrator.
· Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, or Some college and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
· Effective oral and written communication skills, ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.
