When I first started, it was a great place to work. We had a great time working there and were happy to be there. Over the last few years core values were lost. The botton line became more important and the company lost what made the company successful. Employee loyalty is no longer and employees are overworked and stressed. Management began to follow instead of leading the way. The company needs to focus on reducing daily stress and remember the employees are important and drive the company.
