This is an old school feel for any carpenter. getting to work early is getting to work on time. understanding what needs to be done the day before so I can get right into my work the current day is the key to success. its high ball framing. very intense, hard, skilled carpentry. its very physically and mentally demanding. everything needs to be done asap but also done perfectly. There is no room for error which has made me very technical and precise. the downfall of this job is that the money isn't the greatest in comparison to working up north. other than that I wish I could stay closer to home and work for my mentor/friend.
