The Family is Great but Management Issues
SERVICE CENTER MANAGER (Former Employee), Dallas, TXApril 12, 2013
The family that runs this company is great to work with but company overall has management issues of which the family is blind to.
The upper management in this region has little to no regard for hourly employees. Overworked and underpaid is the norm with pay scales being below average and minimal pay increases when allowed. Warehouses are expected to – more... complete all daily work activities while being understaffed and restricted hours not allowing full time employees to work their minimum 30 hrs/week to qualify for benefits. If workers do not comply to restrictions and meet unachievable goals (regional, not Corporate goals) that are set, they are targeted for termination and a case is worked up against the employee until there are suitable grounds for termination.
In addition, there are no annual pay increases for management positions. Only incentive bonuses are given. – less

Productive and Secure fun loving environment
Fiduciary Clerk (Former Employee), Memphis, TNAugust 28, 2012
Cons: healthcare for family
Intaking and releasing inmates. I learned how to input information in a computer system ( inmate account, clothing inventory, and personal information), Management and my co- workers was a great environment to be in, the hardest part of the job was when you try to find property that someone stored correctly. Bonuses and just being able to get up and – more... go to work made the best out of every situation. – less

Operations Management
Service Center Manager (Former Employee), San Antonio, TXMay 15, 2012
Oversaw the operations of a warehouse providing goods and services to customers. Oversaw up to 18 employees both on and off site. The customer base was made up of South Texas from Del Rio to Houston and then across into North Central Louisiana and everything south of that line. Visited 30 customers on a quarterly basis providing customer service, feed – more... back, technical support, and offering additional services. I was responsible for managing the P&L for the Service Center. – less
