Do not waste your time. This company is a revolving door, run by a crazy family. The interview process is a nightmare. Management is filled with backstabbers. Wages and benefits are poor, as is the general perception of the employees. Most people leave after a very short time. And most important if you’re a MAN do not even consider working here (lets just leave it at that).

Do you work at Swarovski? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?
Any advice for someone trying to get in?

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Swarovski?
Any advice on striking the right note?

Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Swarovski?
Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?
What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Swarovski?
