Working there was great. Opening up the store cleaning it then arranging the watches and making them viewable to the customer. I learnt patience and how to speak to customers even when they where in a state of anger. The mananger was a good person he understood what we as sales persins whent through cause he had been there too so he gave us great advice. – more...  I had the previllage to work with two great ladies the taught me everything i know and helped me with my mistakes. The hardest part of the job was meeting the daily targets no matter how great we would give a sales pitch it didnt mean the customers would by in turn we would get an earfull from the manager. The most enjoyable part was just being at work and making sales and watchimg customer enjoy and have faith in what they purchased. – less

It is a great company with a great vision, but uppermanagement do not know how to run the retail division. There focus is in wholesale.As a manager in the retail division there is not a next step to further your career. District managers are brought in from outside.

I would rate this as the best place I ever worked They had wages that every one could live on and great benefits too.

I would want to stay longer if I was offered better pay and more hours
