Good benefits, life, health insurance good. Management not good at all, wont say what I wish I could say!

I thoroughly enjoyed the family atmosphere and the people I worked with.

No job security because we worked for a contract company where management in my opinion had no real clue as far as what everybody's job duties were. They would give evaluations and raises solely on on attendance and write-ups. I know these are key, but I think they should have been more involved at the work site. There's also been two layoff's in five – more... year's. Good co-workers and a good crew. There was nothing really hard about the job. The most enjoyable part of the job, were my co-workers. – less

If you werent on the good side of management no matter what kind of job you did...you didnt advance and were given (if any) less than good reviews

The systems are easy to use the company has alot of changes that you must be ready for. But the supervisors are willing to work with you to help you learn the systems.

The atmosphere is very professional, if you have the will you may have the opportunity to work in several departments gaining experience from customer service to handling claims, loss drafts, and loan mortgage maintenance.

Great place to work!! Owners are great. the management team there could be better people up there you need to know the right people in order to advance...

my co-workers were great to work with. I would do anything for them. I was trained to be the next supervisor im my division with classes and online training. Also read many books to get me ready for the advancement. In the 9 yrs I learned from the position I was in was to be a leader and to lead my team. Also been a hand on supervisor instead of a sitting – more... down and command orders. I got a better responce from my team members that way knowing that I was there facing the problems. I did not work at the San Antonio offices but was a customer service field representative for SWBC. Their support and training is unparalleled.

There is not a variety of work during the day, week or month. Very difficult to advance and/or move to a different department.

The hardest part of the job was learning all the different insurance agencies and what they required.

Great benefits and people to work with. Only reason I left was due to relocating. Otherwise I would still be there. :)

Everyday was extremely busy. We processed residential and commercial insurance property claims checks for four large mortgage companies. My co-workers were great and for the most part....management was agreeable. The hardest part of my job was ensuring all of the claims checks were processed timely in times of disasters such as hurricanes or floods.

Great atmosphere. Good management. Co-workers were great to work with. Enjoyed dealing with people on a day to day basis.

SWBC is a good place to work at that is has friendly staff. It is a call center job that will have you collecting on past due accounts for various credit unions. The job would be better of there wasn't a high quota to be met.

it is a great company with really a great family sense on the outside but if you go to Human Resources with any complaints with abuse you don't work there anymore. except for the LLC i was employed i had great benefits with a lot of hassle. you decide.
