I enjoyed working at the Early Learning Center of St. Mark Presbyterian Church
COORDINATOR (Former Employee), Boerne, TX – May 22, 2013
Pros: work schedule flexibility
The day always brought challenges to meet the needs of families, students, teacher and supporting staff. I learned to prioritize my time and manage relationships with families, students and co-workers. The challenge of keeping everyone happy and needs met was the hardest part. I enjoyed the contact and relationships with the children and families the – more... most – less

Productive but stressful
Assembled Frac Sander (Former Employee), Bulverde, TX – February 4, 2013
Pros: overtime
Cons: management and no benefits.
No job security because we worked for a contract company where management in my opinion had no real clue as far as what everybody's job duties were. They would give evaluations and raises solely on on attendance and write-ups. I know these are key, but I think they should have been more involved at the work site. There's also been two layoff's in five – more... year's. Good co-workers and a good crew. There was nothing really hard about the job. The most enjoyable part of the job, were my co-workers. – less

The systems are easy to use the company has alot of changes that you must be ready for. But the supervisors are willing to work with you to help you learn the systems.

Not your tipical service center
Mortgage and Banking Analyst (Current Employee), San Antonio Tx – December 4, 2012
Pros: great benefits, fair treatment.
Cons: micromanaged, slim opportunity for advancing.
The atmosphere is very professional, if you have the will you may have the opportunity to work in several departments gaining experience from customer service to handling claims, loss drafts, and loan mortgage maintenance.

Great place to work with good people. but no incentives and no avilablity for advancement
assist supervisor admin. support (Former Employee), san antonio tx – September 21, 2012
Cons: no advancement, pay was low, upper management was unaware of situation and never took advice from lower management
my co-workers were great to work with. I would do anything for them. I was trained to be the next supervisor im my division with classes and online training. Also read many books to get me ready for the advancement. In the 9 yrs I learned from the position I was in was to be a leader and to lead my team. Also been a hand on supervisor instead of a sitting – more... down and command orders. I got a better responce from my team members that way knowing that I was there facing the problems. The most enjoyable part was the satifaction of the costumers. – less

Enjoyed the Loss Draft Department.
Loss Draft Supervisor (Former Employee), San Antonio, TX – May 21, 2012
Pros: lunch breaks and business trips
Cons: salary and healthcare benefits
Everyday was extremely busy. We processed residential and commercial insurance property claims checks for four large mortgage companies. My co-workers were great and for the most part....management was agreeable. The hardest part of my job was ensuring all of the claims checks were processed timely in times of disasters such as hurricanes or floods.

Good place for college students to work with a flexible work schedule
Early Stage Collector (Former Employee), San Antonio, TX – March 18, 2012
Pros: short work hours
Cons: no benefits
SWBC is a good place to work at that is has friendly staff. It is a call center job that will have you collecting on past due accounts for various credit unions. The job would be better of there wasn't a high quota to be met.
