A disappointing place to work

it took me 2 months just to get the owner to understand you don't run out of staples such as strawberries at an ice cream parlor. And although I obtained 2 companies willing to offer free advertising the owner was just plain lazy and never called them and would not let me make thoses calls. several customers said they accidentally noticed the sign for ice cream, had never before, so they stopped in. it was a no win situation. the owner had no clue how to run any kind of store and took very little help from me even though i have had many years of management.
