family politics with no opportunity for advancement
Ed Tech (Former Employee) – Saco, ME – January 2, 2013
Little to no support from management. Family run business with plenty of advancement opportunities IF you are related in one way or another to management/leadership. If you are looking for career advancement this is not the place for you. Job security is great as there is not much that will get you fired- many have actively tried to no avail.
great hours, holidays off, job security
family politics, terrible management, little support

This place does not care about their employees well being. They do not care if you burn out with state law maximum hours worked in a day, they do not care if clients target you to the point of injury and will not swap you out, start pay is 11.30 an hour, difficult to tier test to even get a raise after years of full time plus hours. They do not care if you are pregnant there is potential dangers with that there. They do not care also if you have a family emergency they won’t let you leave. They only care a half a** amount about their clients and that is because the clients generate money. Coworkers are catty and lazy and spread rumors to get their coworkers in trouble and in trouble with management.
