Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at SWEETWATER UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT.
It's "Great," if you have the opportunity to work with a good teacher, but all teachers aren't the same. On one hand, their judging you on how they visualize you as a worker. Which is some what false, because your not being judge on your educational back-ground, or your personal skill, in other words you're not getting judge properly. I found that those in a higher positions expect you to work as they do!. It seems as though they want to see you fail, this is what's up-setting the most.
The benefits on my current job are Awesome! I have free Medical, I have 90% in Dental-care, I have the company level Life Insurance, and Vision-care. What I struggle with is not being able to grow. I've obtained a "Master's Degree In Organizational Management and Human Resources", and can't seem to transfer-out, to a higher paid position.
