Always go into work and see if needed in Outbound, if needed then I go pick otherwise I go to Inbound and process Returns. Management cant seem to make up there minds sometimes on where they want people to go. Rarely do they send you home early.
Offer 4 lunches per month. Occasionally offer gift cards. Holidays do raffles for gifts.

Very straightforward job with great management. Company does provide a lot of extra benefits like free gym membership and frequently provide lunch for associates. Overall a very good company to work for but they have trouble keeping quality workers because neighboring warehouses offer higher pay for the same work.
management is flexible with school schedules, frequently provide lunches, easy work
I work part time for additional income. Fair place to work. compensation is average for what you do. They provide free meals occasionally. Would recommend as a part time or beginning job. Does require a lot of walking so you must be able to stay on your feet for long periods of time.

10 hour days full of lots of walking. The benefits are fantastic and the work environment is ideal. All of the employees and management staff are super friendly and you immediately become part of the family. The rewards for all the hard work you put into the job are very considerate. Lunch is catered up to 4 times a month. A "Price Is Right" wheel is spun for prizes such as gift cards to local businesses. The hardest part of the job is definitely being on your feet all day and only getting a 30 minute lunch. I really enjoy all the positions available at the warehouse. A great place to work.

They will hire you seasonal and then you could be offered part time, after 6 months you could be offered full time. If you are late or miss because of the weather they will point you. For example a bad snow storm or ice storm. On a good note the Christmas party had been great and you receive a lot of gifts.

A typical day here consisted of getting maerials ready to perform duties required for the job, such as a R/F scanner and an IPod to scan and review orders. Everyday the supervisor on the shift will get everyone together to go over how much work was to be expected for the day and to talk about things going on within the company. My co-workers were pretty easy to get along with. I liked the management here because they were willing to work around my school schedule.

Free lunches for warehouse employees was about the only good thing... if you like under-cooked food. The "Executive Chef" is the CEO's mom. A nice lady but not a a chef, also not sure if she has any kind of safe serv certification.
Sexual harassment claims were not addressed seriously. Warehouse had mold and rodents. Most people working there were kids (just out of high school). Laid back on attire but overall management didn't care about what was happening. "Supervisors" are arbitrarily promoted. The warehouse has since moved to Ohio so I can't speak to what they may have changed or not.
lax dress code
no real safety training or procedures, management has no interest in improving the employees, the "ceo" is inexperienced and will bring the company down.
