The day I began working here was the day I started looking for a new job. Other than to humiliate and embarrass the employees on a personal level, and to publicly reprimand the operators, management's goal is to have no professional communication with the operators.
The operators are teased, made fun of, told to shut up, not to speak to one another
– more... and many other rules that seem more appropriate in kindergarten class. Of course, Swiss Post Solutions motto is do as I say, not as I do. Management of course can and does break all the rules.
If you have a thick skin and no self esteem, this is the place for you to work. The worst part of the job was when the manager would sing "It's a Wonderful Day in the Neighborhood" in a scary erie tone, but only when appraching you with work. – less
