Passenger service agent (Former Employee), Mco OrlandoJuly 12, 2014
Pros: no comments
Cons: worst management worst human resources
Orlando MCO its the worst management I've never seen including Human resources they are such unfair people not even worry about the employees
No control at all family working together they have an emporium and that mother and daughter obviously including the rest of the supervisors looks like the rules are not made for everybody with at lot of exceptions
They – more... cover big mistakes drug tests aviation procedures by letting people do as they please – less

Productive, fair work place
Customer Service Agent-Gate Lead (Former Employee), Jamaica, NYJuly 7, 2014
Pros: great co-workers
Cons: no flight benefits
A typical work day included greeting customers, checking in customers, tagging their bags, showing them where to go, making boarding announcements, checking for fraudulent passports, as well as answering any questions that the customer may have.

Run Like Hell Away From This Company!
Aircraft Fueler (Former Employee), Las Vegas, NVJanuary 25, 2013
Pros: co-workers were cool
Cons: the whole place
I speak only for the fueling side of LAS operations, but the Management is a clueless, training is nearly non-existant, indifferent attitude towards employee concerns, equipment is slow to be fixed and it is a fiery accident waiting to happen.

Managers speak about safety and then pressure you to break Company's rules and the airport authority's rules. – more... Some of the managers were nothing short of tyrants. Cannot trust anything a Supervisor or Manager tells you, and just remember that it is all about CYA!

Don't expect a pay raise either, as the guy fueling planes 20 years is making the same as the guy who has been there only 4 months, so you top out at $12/hour. Part-Time gets no benefits.

Just do yourself a favor and get the Hell away from this Company and fast! – less

An OK entry level position, just EXTREMELY BORING!
Office Agent (Former Employee), RichmondJune 10, 2014
Pros: human resources department, good workplace enviroment
Cons: long hours, extremely boring, race dominated workplace
The job was 100% data-entry and customer service. It was easily the most boring job I've ever held. Co-workers are nice, though it was dominated by one ethnic race (which I found very odd). The hardest part of the job was dealing with irate and ignorant customers.
