Growing company with an unsure future
Network Operations Technician (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVDecember 19, 2016
Company culture changed while I was employed at Switch.

Expanding to multiple locations outside of Las Vegas puts a strain on management to make the numbers work over leadership.

A culture of fear permeates every department.

Pays average for the valley and supplements with bonuses and OT but that may be changing.

Lots of former military and law enforcement as security staff who take position a little too seriously.
Pros
free lunch, bonuses
Cons
requires uniforms, culture of fear, you only advance by playing the game

Security Officer (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVAugust 11, 2016
Favoritism plays a big role for some people. A company that tried to work as a Military Unit only when convenient for them. Big plus is that you get $15 allowance per day for meals.
Pros
Reimbursement for lunch money.
Cons
Management was not straight forward with subordinates.

Waste of time! Total scam
Marketing Manager (Former Employee) –  SJ, CAJuly 22, 2016
Awful job! Regret ever signing a contract with this so called "SWITCH" company literally broke my car over this company doing demos and they didn't care or compensate one bit! So rude and management is HORRIFIC! No promised job after their "contracts" are up as well, even though they'll continue to promise higher raise and job titles through out you "working" for them. This company just preys on people and uses them. What I suggest if you want a "REAL JOB" stay near and far from this company.
Pros
none
Cons
benefits, compensation, not fun at all, no team, company doesn't care about their workers
