A typical day consisted of supporting employees who had issues with their PCs or peripheral devices or their application software. Learned a lot about various connectivity issues, application and OS support.
The management staff for our team was very easy to work for, and very supportive of the team members.
The hardest part of the job was encountering new and difficult issues that defied solution.
The most enjoyable part of the job was solving issues for "customers"/users and working with a good team.
