I like Sykes because you will experience true meaning of Customer Service, and it challenges. The hardest thing is the customers who is already sick of att will probably give you a bad score, because you work for the company. The best thing to do in situations like that is to be extremely nice, and provide customer the best service you can offer. As far as being there, you have almost 400 people working in building, therefore, this place is like a high school. Although I do not get involve with coworkers it seem like people will still yet stir up something. The good part about this job, was they worked great around my school schedule, and how I wanted it. Not only that, but I have great customers as well. Not all of Sykes have att, they have different contracts with different companys.
They worked around school schedule. You will have great days if you like customer service.
The pay and the benefits are not how an actual att retail store gets, you will receive less benefit and less pay. They also change policy too much.
