I'm just a temp at the company but I have learned a lot from the Human Resources perspective. A typical day at work is talking to employees to make sure that all new hire paperwork is completed and corrected. I deal with employees nation-wide, so I'm mainly on the phone. To do this position a person must have patience and understanding. I really enjoy talking to people and I also enjoy working with my co-workers because everyone is willing to help. I have now a better understanding of completing documents such as the I-9, federal and state tax forms. The most challenge part of the job is trying to help the employees complete their paperwork in a timely fashion.
