Warm and welcoming
Jr. Automated Tester (Former Employee) –  Charlotte, NCAugust 14, 2017
While I can't write a deep, in depth review due to developing cancer and having to resign to battle it, I can say that my two months there were very educational.

It was difficult to acclimate to the Indian accents of the high up superiors, and to a degree I have yet to fully do so, but they were all very nice and welcoming.

The company is very admirable, wanting to focus on self financing so that they aren't forced to do what the banks that fund them say. Putting the needs of the customer (ironically the banks) first often does lead to a good work environment.
Pros
Good entry level pay, friendly, attracts good people
Cons
Indian accents (if not used to it)

Good for freshers not a good company for experienced individuals
Quality Assurance (Current Employee) –  Quality AssuranceApril 14, 2017
Pros -
- good for freshers to grow faster in the hierarchy
- freshers will have opportunity to learn new things and work on multiple projects

Cons -
- no normalization for salary
- no dedicated process for appraisals, it totally depends on Managers and not knowledge/experiance of an individual
- If you are looking for dedicated hours of jobs 9-5 this is not a company for you
- if you want to work on specific technology or you like to have specific set of roles and responsibilities on regular job .. this is not a company for you .. things change daily. Developer can he asked to be a QA or business analyst if that is the requirement.

Technical Writer/SharePoint Designer (Former Employee) –  Kansas City, MOMarch 27, 2017
This company only protects their own interests. Their culture does not fit well with the American way. Their very un-yeiding non-compete has prevented several contractors from aqcuirring a dream position.
Pros
They paid on time
Cons
Non-compete agreement

IT OPERATIONS ANALYST (Current Employee) –  City of Sunrise, FLMarch 15, 2017
Great company that provides many beginner and intermediate level opportunities for people getting their starts in the IT and Dev industry. They are very active in getting their employees knowledge levels up to appropriate standards. A+ recommendation from me for any IT or developers looking to get a foot in the door.

Assistant Manager-Software (Current Employee) –  Piscataway, NJJanuary 12, 2017
This company is in consultant services, so good and bad things about your personal growth always depend on what client you work with. Sometimes it matters with your vertical/group management. There is no individual growth plan for employee.
