Cons: no initial direction.
Company has good ideas. Need people to implement them and do the work.
Day at work: High expectations, no good directions.
Learn: Must be prepared technically and mentally for challenges.
Co Worker: Not dependable, in consistent, not prepared.
Hard part of Job: Never had the software to do the job.

Very fast paced construction company tied to the parent comany for work

Pros: let people do there job with out interference
Cons: hired individuals from outside the company very little promotion from within the company
Built building and performed tenent improvements for Kajain Development, very little outside work though trying to expand its client list.

i really dont remember much about the temp service but i remember the job even tho it was 10 years ago. sitting around, going home early, with the travel it was not worth going to work most days but when there was work it was ok. kind of laid back wich was cool at first then got old real quick!!!!!!!

I learned how to communicate with extemely unhappy customers and to resolve issues. Although I was good at my position , I felt very uncomfortable with the process. I felt as if I was forcing someone to keep paying for a service they never actually agreed to recieve.

Pros: lots of time off after you get laid off
Cons: synergy culture: it's all about lay offs!!
You come in and then you suddenly get laid off. They state you can get unemployment benefits, but you can't for at least three weeks or more and by then you need a lot more than unemployment benefits. Work here only if you do not care if you get laid off suddenly or not regardless of your work performance. You get laid off suddently usually right when – more... you are out of money from last very small paycheck or during the holidays. Compensation: P-Poor. Culture/Values: NONE. Job security: NONE. Management: Poor. Work.life balance: Poor until you get laid off and get lots of time for life while there is no money and no unemployment. – less

Productive and fun working environment

Pros: free doughnuts every fridays and coffee, theres games every other week where you can win prizes such as giftcards, or hour lunches.
Days go by fast, its fun, very calmed, co-workers are great, this job is honestly fun. Id rather work here then any other call center, the best part, its not hard at all.
