Pros: laid back atmosphere, very fair and friendly supervisors and q/a's, fun environment

Although I've learned quite a bit from being in a call center environment, I believe that stronger management is needed. Current management is more apt to struggle for your friendship than to maintain any consistent guidelines for supervisors and/or quality coaches to implement, making it more difficult than necessary to manage representatives. With the economy as the reason, Synergy implemented a "pay freeze" before the end of the first year in Pensacola. That was almost four years ago. This too has caused many to reconsider loyalty and ethics.
