Management was bad and enjoyed working with my co-workers.

Company has good ideas. Need people to implement them and do the work.
Day at work: High expectations, no good directions.

Built building and performed tenent improvements for Kajain Development, very little outside work though trying to expand its client list.

i worked here for a little over 6 months. this job was very unprofessional. it had a high turn over rate. management and supervisors were not professional at all.

i really dont remember much about the temp service but i remember the job even tho it was 10 years ago. sitting around, going home early, with the travel it was not worth going to work most days but when there was work it was ok. kind of laid back wich was cool at first then got old real quick!!!!!!!

I learned how to communicate with extemely unhappy customers and to resolve issues. Although I was good at my position , I felt very uncomfortable with the process. I felt as if I was forcing someone to keep paying for a service they never actually agreed to recieve.

Everyone Else had way to much fun, Night shift had a better time than the Day Shift, Day shift Managers were not friendly and did assign seats.

You come in and then you suddenly get laid off. They state you can get unemployment benefits, but you can't for at least three weeks or more and by then you need a lot more than unemployment benefits. Work here only if you do not care if you get laid off suddenly or not regardless of your work performance. You get laid off suddently usually right when – more... you are out of money from last very small paycheck or during the holidays. Compensation: P-Poor. Culture/Values: NONE. Job security: NONE. Management: Poor. Work.life balance: Poor until you get laid off and get lots of time for life while there is no money and no unemployment. – less

Days go by fast, its fun, very calmed, co-workers are great, this job is honestly fun. Id rather work here then any other call center, the best part, its not hard at all.

You have to lie to customer in order to get a paycheck. They give a paper to read word to word. Would not go back

Received in and out going calls, Treat each call like the first customer of the day. Can work independently or in team environment. Supervisors always pleased with my performance.

greet customers and clients, answered phone calls, schedualed meetings, drug tested new clients, mailed checks for clients, did minor filing, made speedsheets, faxed documents, my employees were fun to work with. i loved this job

No longer in business. It was a good place to work, very small company, but enjoyable place and people to work with.

Remodeled office buildings. Talked with customers and new people on a daily basis.

they are able to work with you and help you out if you need it they work you hard but its ongoing none stop till time to quit

Working for Synergy Staffing as a temp is enjoyable work. I am impressed at how they found me a job so quick. It really has paid off to be working at this temp agency.

i did not enjoy working at synergy because it was not my line of work.
