Just a contract agency. Nothing about growth, nothing about looking for full time engagements.

Programmer/Analyst (Former Employee) –  Southfield, MIDecember 22, 2013
No paid time off, no paid holidays, no health insurance. Unless you're desperate, I would not contract with this company.

Loved this job
Software Technician (Former Employee) –  Southfield, MISeptember 20, 2013
This was as close to the perfect job that I could hope for. It offered a wide variety of tasks and problems, both hardware and software. My official job was to maintain the installation scripts for some of HP's software. But this occupied relatively little of my time. Most of my time was spent maintaining 200 machines in the test lab. These included rack mount servers sized from little 1U machines to machines larger than two refrigerators. I maintained the servers, the switches, our particular subnet, our SAN, the various storage arrays, and various prototypes. My job covered not just hardware but OS installation and maintenance, virtualization, software installation and upgrades and firmware upgrades. Firmware of prototypes was a real challenge. Since I'm a troubleshooter by nature, these offered me many problems to sink my teeth into.
Pros
everything.
Cons
mandatory two year limit.

I enjoyed working at HP as a contractor through Synova,Inc. At HP I enhanced my technical skills, as well as, share some of those skills to new contractors.
